Using technology invented with his team at CSIRO (Australia's National Science Agency), Stephen now leads technical and commercial development of CYBERTONGUE® for food and beverage diagnostics.

PPB Technology's Chief Scientific Officer will be at FoodTech 2024. Felix trained as a microbiologist and is experienced in developing analytical assays. Felix produced our first market-available test for the bacterial protease AprX, responsible for the reduction of UHT milk stability, and led development of our upcoming releases.
