arrow_backTil oversigtenThe Penquin Hot & Cold is specially designed for heating and cooling with a very large surface area. Combining the large surface area with two counterrotating agitators gives an optimal heat transfer. The design allows for particulates such as vegetables and meat.
Cooling times down to 60-75 minutes depending on product properties and machine size.
